Whats up? My name is Russell X. I am an artist, musician and creative who moved out here to the South Bay of Los Angeles, California two years ago. I enjoy a wide variety of diverse foods. I have my favorites but I am on a mission to visit more.
While not often straying from a casual selection of 4-5 versions of regional favorites at a bargain, I love the thrill of experiencing new combinations and flavors of food. In my journey of discovering and learning ingredients, utensils (or the absence of), techniques and preparations, I hope to provide a positive example and resource for discovering what the South bay has to offer.
I enjoy Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean and Thai food on a weekly basis from my favorite spots. Ironically, this fuels me to consistently discover more. Hence, this blog.
