One of my favorite experiences after moving to Los Angeles first as an 11-year old, and (later as a 27-year old) is sitting down to Korean food with my family. As a young appreciator of exciting cuisines and flavor combinations, this would most accurately illustrate the approach I currently have to dinning out at my favorite establishments. I enjoy eating in a group most, although I am never afraid of being myself and dinning solo on occasion as well. In addition to the one-of-a-kind format the Korean Soon Tofu, Banchan (not to mention occasionally some will offer Korean gum or fresh orange slices at the end of the meal). Present in this article is the attitude that Trial-By-Fire of regional favorites creates the best experiences period.

I live very close to this location and I usually frequent the Daiso and Tokyo Central markets nearby. I showed up with my Dad this time and we both ordered the same thing (#2 Soon Tofu Soup). I can remember enjoying this type of food since moving to Los Angeles at age 11, it brings back good memories and nostalgia of learning about new and unusually delicious Cuisines. Speedy service with plenty of refills on both Banchan and hot barely tea left us both satisfied and ready to begin the day. The restaurant was not too busy whatsoever and there was some light jazz being played over speakers. Great casual lunch or brunch spot for anyone looking for a hearty meal with amazing service.
